Warranty Policy  

Ethos Vision products have a guaranteed workmanship and against all manufacturing defects for a 12-month period from the date of purchase. We will gladly replace any defected product caused by the manufacture at no charge or extra fee to the customer.  If the damaged item is not caused by the manufacture, please send an email to support@ethos-vision.com and Ethos Vision will evaluate the claim and offer a reasonable discount on a  replacement product of your choosing.

Please note: Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover scratched lenses, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, product loss or misuse.

Return Policy

All purchased products (excluding promotional items) from Ethos Vision can be returned within 30-days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return your Ethos product, please send an email to support@ethos-vision.com. Your claim will be evaluated, and a return authorization email will be sent shortly.  All items returned must be sent in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged. All shipping charges will be at the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, Ethos Vision will issue a refund by form of the original payment and process this payment within 3-5 days business days.

If for any reason a mistake has been made by Ethos Vision, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to support@ethos-vision.com. We will quickly correct the error by covering all return cost and getting you back in your Ethos gear.
